1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM (Hong Kong Time) or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

  • Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping:
    We ship to a wide range of countries around the world. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, international orders take 5-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method, location, and order size. Free shipping may be offered for certain minimum order values (see below for details).

3. Free Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on orders over HKD 500 within Hong Kong.
  • International Orders: Free shipping is available on orders over USD 150 (please check specific country details at checkout for eligibility).

4. International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • We offer international shipping to a range of countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected by the local authorities at the time of delivery.

If you are unsure about the potential import duties or taxes in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain restricted regions.
  • Some oversized or restricted products may not be eligible for international shipping. If any items in your order are restricted, we will notify you prior to shipment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted carriers to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or delivery service. In such cases, please contact us so we can help investigate further.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at @whimpulse.com, and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that certain factors such as holidays, high order volumes, and international customs processing can cause unexpected delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive updated information from the carrier. Your patience is appreciated.
